Delivery Services and Shipping Rates
We use USPS and UPS to ship your items. Shipping rates are computed based on current UPS and USPS rates and you can review available shipping methods and shipping rates from your shopping cart and during the checkout prcess. Delivery time will take a couple of days and varies from the customer's chosen shipping method. Please review the delivery times for your chosen shipping method from the UPS.com or USPS.gov website before placing order. Tracking numbers will be made available for every order and will be provided on our customer or account information page on our website.
Packaging Information
We take great care in packaging your order and we make sure your order reaches you in the condition we shipped them. We use boxes for shipping lose bakugan figures and figures will be shipped in ball form and in a sealed bag for added protection. Card singles will be shipped in a sealed plastic bag and factory sealed products will be shipped with additional bubble film for added protection.
Please make sure you keep items in their sealed packaging when you decide to return them.
Free USPS Shipping (Updated August 22, 2010)
We now offer free USPS shipping to US Customers for orders $25 or more. We offer free USPS First Class Mail for orders with a total of $25-$59.99 and free USPS Priority Mail shipping for orders amounting to more than $60. The free shipping option will be based on the order total excluding tax and will only apply to orders being shipped in the United States.
Returns for orders that used free shipping
Product returns from orders that used our free shipping option will include the shipping cost of the item (or the entire order) as part of the deductions for the refunded amount for the returned items. If you order an item worth $15 and you returned the item which has a shipping cost of $2.50 then your refund will have the shipping cost of $2.50 as part of the total deductions to the refunded amount. Shipping cost deduction is computed based on shipping the item individually.
"Refused" or "Undeliverable" packages with free shipping
Any "Refused" or "Undeliverable" packages that was shipped using our free shipping option will automatically include the total shipping cost as part of the deduction for the refund amount to the customer. So any "Refused" or "Undeliverable" package will have the 30% restocking fee and the shipping cost for the order as part of the deduction for the refunded amount to the customer.
Order Processing Schedule
Order are processed within 1-2 business days. Any order placed after 9:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Friday will be process the following Monday. Order processing will take 3-4 days during Christmas holiday season and we do not process orders on non-working holidays.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled as long as the orders has not been shipped. Please email us immediately for order cancellations at cancellations@bibscollectibles.com. Payment refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after the order cancellations has been approved.
International Orders
Due to a huge interest and demand for our products from the international market, we are now accepting international orders from the following countries:

Contact Number
All international customers are required to provide a valid and working contact number. We will not ship your item if we encounter a problem and we cannot contact you with your provided contact number.
Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes for their order. Please check with your local custom office regarding any duties or taxes that might apply to your order. If you deny delivery of your order because of additional duties and taxes then the customer will be responsible for the full shipping cost of the order being sent back to us. We are required by law to declare the value of the items being shipped and we will not ship orders as a gift. Shipping Options and Tracking Information
The available shipping options for international orders will only be USPS Priority Mail International and UPS International. Tracking information is limited for USPS Priority Mail International and your order can only be tracked up to it's destination country. Please be aware of this before placing your order. USPS First Class Mail International Shipping
USPS First Class Mail International is available again as a shipping option. This shipping method is much cheaper but does not provide B.I.B's collectibles and the customer the ability to track the package. Customers must be aware of this fact and by using USPS First Class Mail International as their preferred shipping method, it means the you as a customer understand the risk that any package that is lost or damaged with this shipping method is not the responsibility of B.I.B's collectibles. We're not joking! After careful review of our customer's feedback, we've decided to offer
free USPS First Class Mail International shipping to all our international customers. This is initial a promo offer from August 22, 2010 - September 1, 2010. Minimum
order total to participate for this Free shipping promo is $25 USD. Free USPS First Class Mail International is subject to the following terms and conditions:- Customer is aware of the risk of using USPS First Class Mail International. The US postal services has a super track record and problems with First Class Mail International is usually from the customer's local postal service. If you as a customer are having problems getting your parcels or packages using First Class Mail International then we strong suggest that you do not use this shipping method.
- USPS First Class Mail International has no tracking information available. Once the package or parcel ships out then B.I.B's Collectibles and you as a customer will not have no means of tracking
the package so please be careful when using this shipping method.
- B.I.B's Collectibles reserve the right to reduce the parcel or package weight by removing all original packaging of an item or product. Individual Carton Boxes for loose Bakugan singles will no longer be used for First Class Mail International. We will however ship the Bakugan or any item or product with additional Bubble Film to ensure it is well protected while it is being shipped.
- B.I.B's Collectibles will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or undelivered packages. Again First Class Mail International is very risky and if you are not familiar with your local postal services the we suggest USPS Priority Mail International or UPS.
- All orders using the Free USPS First Class Mail International option require 4-5 days to process the order for shipping. Please be aware of the processing time.
- Only orders with an order subtotal of $25 USD or more will have this option.
We suggest selecting the UPS Shipping option if you are unfamiliar with your local postal services. We will not be responsible for lost packages once they shipped out.
Shipping and Billing Address
For your protection, we will only accept international orders that have the same billing and shipping address. Any order placed with non-matching billing and shipping address will be automatically cancelled. Additional Shipping and Handling Fees
All International orders maybe be subject to additional shipping or handling fees especially for large orders. We will contact you is any additional fees are required to ship your order.Order Processing Time
All International orders require 3 to 5 days for processing as we may require additional time to confirm and validate your order. Any orders outside the United States will likely require additional confirmation. Please read our privacy policy regarding additional confirmation.
Refusals, Lost or Misdirected Packages
"Refused" or "Undeliverable" packages will be subject to up to a 30% re-stocking fee. Please do not refuse a package and schedule a return if you want to return your order.
We will not be responsible if a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly typed shipping address. We provided clear and easy-to-read areas for displaying both shipping and billing addresses to avoid these types of mistakes but we encourage customers to triple check their orders.
Return Policy
Customer may return items by requesting a return authorization from us. Customer must request return authorization within 7 days after receiving our product. Items being returned must be in either their original factory packaging or our delivery packaging, unopened, unused or undamaged. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us and we will not issue any refund if we have not received the item. If returned items our not received within 10 business days then we reserve the right to cancel the request for return and we will consider that the customer has decided to keep the item.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee, shipping cost and payment transaction fee of paypal for the entire order are deducted from the refunded amount. Refunds require 3-5 business days to be processed and refunds are only processed once we have received the returned items.

Low Order Fee
All orders with a value (sub-total) of $3.00 or less will be subject to a $2.00 low order fee. This is to compensate for handling and shipping material costs for very small orders.
