We try to provide as much support as we can to our products by offering information about the Bakugan Battle Brawlers game.
I am below 18 years old. Can I order if I have my parent's permission to access his or her paypal account?
No. This is a clear violation of the terms and conditions of our site. We require orders to be placed by adults aged 18 years or older so they fully understand the financial responsibilities, terms and conditions and other store policies that are bound to the order being placed.
You can however, with your parent's supervision, add the items you want your parent to buy for you by adding them to your parent's shopping cart which is saved or stored on the account. We all know how parents can become very clueless when it comes to picking out the Bakugan you want and this can help you and your parent make sure you purchase the correct item.
I don't want to order online so do you guys have an physical store that I can go to?
No. We do not have a physical store. Fortunately this helps us keep our costs down and keep prices low to make our products more affordable for our customers. WE do have a physical location where we ship the items but by law we are not allowed to conduct any retail business on that location.
Where is my order coming from and can I get shipping cost estimates?
All orders will be shipped from our business office located at Elk Grove, California USA and yes you can get shipping estimates without even signing up for an account. Simply click on the "Get Shipping Cost" button found at the bottom of your shopping cart page to display the shipping estimator pop-up and get real time shipping rates for your order.
I am not from the US but can I still order?
Yes! Aside from the United States, we also ship to the Canada, United Kingdom, France, Australia, Italy, Japan, Norway, Denmark and Sweden. Click here for more information on international ordering.

I get my Bakugan from auction sites and other online toy stores, so what makes your site better?
- We've got cheaper prices than other online stores and most auction site listing because we do not pay auction site commission fees or huge overhead costs.
- Our prices do not go up and down like crazy because of demand and supply.
- We have organized product listings. You do not need to go over tons of listing pages to view the product that you want. We also provide product information that is important to our customers and audience. No flashy and fancy text and large font sizes.
- We have our site compute shipping rates for orders with multiple items. No need to contact a reseller to have them combine your order and email you back for the shipping cost.
- We try to providde as much information about the Bakugan items we have in stock with product reviews, player's and collector's corner and other information to help players and collectors.
- We have have a return policy.
How do you ship your items?
We use UPS and USPS to ship our orders and you can get the shipping rates from your shopping carts or during checkout.
Do you provide or disclose Tracking Numbers for our orders?
Yes. Shipping and tracking information will be available from your account information page. Each order will have an order status on their order page where we will post your tracking information. As soon as the item is shipped you will be able to get the tracking information for your order.
How come one of your items is always out of stock?
Bakugan are highly collectible items and distribution by the Manufacturer has been very poor so we cannot guarantee that we can stock or restock all items listed on our online store. We do however encourage that customers sign up for our newsletter to get information on any products updates or new releases. You can access or change your newsletter settings from your account page.
What payment options are available?
Currently we accept process payments by Paypal and we also accept credit card payments using Paypal. You can choose your payment method when you are taken to the paypal page at the end of the checkout process.
We are hard at work in implementing direct credit card processing on our site but rest assured that your payment transaction is safe and secure as it is being processed on paypal's website. Also we do not save or store credit card numbers as these are only disclosed to paypal's website to process and complete your payment.
Do you sell bakugan that will work with Bakugan Dimensions or bakugan with valid DNA or heat reveal codes?
Yes, all of our Season 3 Gundalian Invaders bakugan are officially released and feature valid (and "unused") DNA or heat reveal codes that can be used on the upcoming Bakugan Dimensions online game. All of our Season 3 Bakugan come from North American releases.
Are your Bakugan products real or authentic?
Yes we sell 100% authentic and officially released (North America) Bakugan marbles and cards. We do not even sell imports because imported Bakugan have no guarantee when they will be released or even the G-Powers or attributes printed on the Bakugan. We also do not alter or modify G-Powers printed on the Bakugan as some resellers from auctions sites are doing.
What do you mean by "singles", "loose figures" or "card singles"
Singles or Loose Bakugan figures are figures sold without their original packaging. These figures could be part of a starter pack and we are selling them as individual figures for players or collectors that only need specific Bakugan. Same goes for Bakugan gate cards and ability cards. These cards can come from starters packs, booster packs and other Bakugan packs and we are selling them individually.
Can I cancel my order
Yes. Any order that has not been shipped (usually within 24 hours) can still be cancelled. Please email us at cancellations@bibscollectibles.com with your order number if you want to cancel your order. Please allow us 48-72 hours to process your refund.
Can I return my order or items from my order
Yes. We accept returns within 7 days after receiving your order. All items being returned must be in either their original factory packaging or our shipping packaging (lose items are sealed in plastic pouches). Please email us at returns@bibscollectibles.com with your order number if you want to return your order.
Returns are subject to restocking and refund amount other deductions. Please read our terms and conditions for more information about our return and refund policies.
