You can play as many Ability cards as you want during a battle or at any part of the game but the General rule is you need to
let your opponent be able to respond to any action that you've done. We all know certain combos are based on the Ability cards and you have to be careful
to let your opponent play an Ability card right (or a Bakugan Trap) after your every move. You can also politely ask your opponent if he or she has something to play after your
move so you can quickly learn if you can play more ability cards or Bakugan traps.
-
The most common way of winning a battle is by having the Bakugan with the highest G-power for that battle. Some gate cards however have other win conditions like the "lowest G-powered
Bakugan wins the battle".
-
The first player to have 3 gate cards in their used pile wins the game. The gate card can be from any player so you can win the game by have 1 of your gate cards in your used and 2 of your opponent's gatecards.
-
No. Bakugan G-powers of your team and your cards can only be known by your opponent after you've played or used them. So in a battle with someone you do not have to tell them what you
are using as this can be part of your strategy.
-
Enslaving is a way of keeping a Bakugan out of the game (they do not stay in the used pile) but the rules are not that clear on this effect. It does not however
remove the Bakugan from the game so it might still be counted by cards that count or check the number of Bakugan in the game.
-
Yes and you should be able to place your Bakugan on the gate card where it popped open. Also be careful when placing your Bakugan onto a gate card since some Bakugan are wide
or big enough to actually block you or your opponent. So where the Bakugan is actually positioned on a gate card can also be part of your strategy.
-
No. Bakugan that have landed on a gate card are considered to be on that gate card even if you opponent knocks it out of the gate card after they roll. Only ability cards
and other card effects can move or take Bakugan out of a gate card once it has landed.
-
Yes but you can only get them back at the part of the turn when you are supposed to roll a bakugan and not after putting your last remaining Bakugan to the used pile. The
number of Bakugan in the used pile is sometimes counted by certain Ability cards so make sure you put back your Bakugan to your unused pile at the right time.
-
No. Bakugan Ability cards are only played once and stay in the used pile unless you play cards or gate cards that return ability cards from your used pile to your hand.
-
Yes but this is only possible for the big game rules which has 2 times more Bakugan, gate cards, and ability cards. For the Basic rules, you can only have 1 of each Red, Blue
and Green ability cards and 1 of each Gold, Silver or Bronze ability cards.
-
Yes buy only if they are different versions of a Bakugan type with either different G-powers or different attributes. You can play the same Bakugan in the same team with the same
G-powers but different attributes or the same Bakugan with the same attributes but different G-powers. Ex. You can have Darkus Hades with 710 G and a Darkus Hades with 570 G
in the same team or Haos Helios with 650 G and a Pyrus Helios with 650 G
-
B1, B2 and B3 are the general series codes. B1 Bakugan is the first series of the Bakugan Battle Brawlers game and B3 Bakugan is the newly released series.
B1 Bakugan have smaller Bakugan marble sizes than B2 or B3 Bakugan. B2 and B3 Bakugan have the standard marble size and B3 Bakugan do not have bigger marble sizes than B2.
-
No the 2 inch Bakugan figures are just for collecting and are never used in a Bakugan Battle Brawlers game.
-
No Deka Bakugan or the large Bakugan marbles and Deak cards are ony for collecting and can never be used in a real Bakugan battle.
-
You can play your gate cards in any order. You can start with either your Gold, Silver or a Bronze gate card.
-
You and your opponent can only play new gate cards on the field once there are no more gate cards are on the field. Gate cards must be always played face down unless an Ability card or
effect states otherwise.
-
Some G-power bonus values on a gate card have a glow around them which indicates that it is the highlighted G-power bonus for that gate card. Certain Bakugan and ability cards use or target
the highlighted gate card bonus instead of the regular bonus that their Bakugan can get from a gate card.
-
Practice makes perfect! Rolling a Bakugan can be tricky but with practice you should be able to adapt your own style that will allow you to effectively roll your
Bakugan to your target gate card. Also you can have a double or triple roll rule for younger players where they roll multiple times to help them get their rolling
technique going. This takes our the frustration and gets them more focused on other things like playing Ability cards and making their own strategy. The size of your
fingers and how relaxed you are when you are rolling can also affect your roll.
-
No. Almost all ability cards effects take effect right away. There is no "effect stack" or the "last in first out" rule which exists in other games. If you play an Ability
card that changes your Bakugan's attribute then your Bakugan changes attribute right after the card is played. So far there are no cards that have been created that counter effects
or cards that are being played.
-
Yes according to SPIN MASTER, Ability cards and gate cards that target certain Bakugan Type can also target other evolutions or versions of the same type of Bakugan.
-
The BakuCore Pyrus Ultra Dragonoid which has 780 G, Subterra Mystic Elico which has 810 G and the Aquos Mystic Elico which has 800 G have the official highest G-power
you can find on any Bakugan. The highest G-Power usually increase with every new set so we'll try to update this FAQ with every new set. You can check out our
High G-Power catalog for some of highest G-powered Bakugan released on North America.
-
No. Placing the Bakugan on a gate card is simply a way to show the hidden Bakugan attribute. If your Bakugan Trap does not open simply tell the other player that you will pick up your Bakugan Trap and will try to open it again by placing it on the gate card.
-
No because your opponent changed your Bakugan's attribute and the trap works only on the Bakugan's current attribute. Since your Bakugan is now a Ventus Bakugan then your Pyrus Bakugan Trap will no work.
-
Yes since your opponent's Metalfencer ability card will change your bakugan to any attribute revealed by your opponent's MetalFencer Bakugan Trap
-
Bakugan attributes can be changed or altered during the game and Bakugan Traps work with the Bakugan's current attribute. If your bakugan's attribute is no longer Darkus then you can no longer use your Darkus Bakugan Trap since the trap will only work on a Darkus Bakugan.
-
No. Based on the Bakugan FAQ, the ability of the bakugan Trap to change your bakugan's attribute is mandatory.
